In December 2021, Ari De Souza—inspired by his early life memories in Lima Peru —set sail on a gastronomic adventure. His vision? To create a haven where chicken traditions from around the world converge. Thus, the first Picaso Chicken sprouted in the vibrant neighborhood of Duluth, Georgia. Since then, we’ve been on a relentless quest to redefine fast food.
